User Research Summary

I conducted surveys and created empathy maps to better understand user needs. The primary user group identified was busy working adults who lack time to cook. While the survey confirmed initial assumptions about online food ordering, it also revealed that time isn’t the only factor. Other issues, such as work obligations, personal interests, and various challenges, also limit users from cooking at home.
